With the choice of insert, you can take the customization process one step further. Zippo's new lighter insert collection includes the Single Torch Butane, Double Torch Butane, and Rechargeable Arc options, all designed to perfectly fit any regular Zippo lighter case.

The Single and Double Butane Inserts offer odorless flames at the push of a button. To ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to fill them with Zippo butane fuel. Both inserts come packaged in a gift box.

The Rechargeable Arc Insert features two Plasma Beams that cross to ignite the arc. This windproof heat source can be easily recharged and reused. Like the Butane Inserts, the Rechargeable Arc Insert is packaged in a gift box and stamped with the best-in-class guarantee.

It's important to note that the Single and Double Butane Torch Inserts are packaged and shipped unfilled. For best use, we recommend filling them with Zippo butane fuel. Each insert is sold separately without a lighter case.

The Genuine Zippo Single Torch Insert offers push-button piezo ignition, adjustable blue flame height that can reach up to 2,300°F (1,260°C), and a refillable 0.9g fuel capacity. It fits all Classic Zippo lighter cases, but not the Slim, Armor, or 1935 Replica cases. This insert retains the famous Zippo "click" sound and is made in China.
